Packaging was great and made it here fast. My main problem is the BEEP noise. Everytime you press the button on the mask, it makes a loud BEEP sound. It sounds like a singular beep from a fire alarm. The button on the mask is also way too sensitive. If you just lay it down on skin or your leg or accidently rub it while trying to charge it, it'll press so that means you'll have to press it like 4-6 more times to get it to the right color. 4-6 more presses=4-6 more loud BEEPS too. My last issue is the Velcro on the back. It's placed awkwardly where the mask won't hold to your face sitting up and I'm saying this as a dude with a big head. I'll probably play with my own Velcro to get it working better.
The neck part seems to work the same with less noise and it's easier to hold with it using elastic instead of Velcro.
Even with all the problems listed, the mask and neck build is pretty sturdy! I'm not sure how the light works long run, but I think that's the part we'll find out.
